BOOK NOWYour journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with a board-certified oral surgeon, who will evaluate your medical history, current dental condition, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Next, advanced digital imaging—including panoramic X-Ray —is used to capture a precise view of your bone structure, nerves, and sinuses. This allows for implant placement to be planned with exceptional accuracy in terms of position, angle, and depth, and whether you’ll receive a temporary restoration the same day—often referred to as “teeth-in-a-day.”
This minimally invasive surgical procedure is performed under carefully monitored sedation or anesthesia, ensuring your comfort throughout. During the procedure, small incisions are made in the gums, and four to six titanium implants are placed into the jawbone to create a stable foundation for a fixed prosthetic arch. In many cases, a temporary set of teeth is attached the same day, so patients leave with a functional smile while the implants integrate with the bone. The entire procedure typically takes two to four hours per arch, depending on the complexity of the case.
Mild swelling, bruising, and tenderness are normal and usually resolve within a few days. Over the next 3 to 6 months, your implants will undergo a process called osseointegration, where the titanium posts fuse with your natural bone. During this time, follow-up visits are scheduled to monitor your healing, adjust your temporary teeth if needed, and ensure that everything is progressing as planned. Once healing is complete and the implants are fully integrated, your final custom prosthesis is fabricated and securely attached.

Backed by a nationwide network of surgical centers and powered by board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, we bring hospital-grade precision and advanced digital planning to every procedure.
In addition to the assurance of expertly placed full-arch implants, we provide complimentary checkups for five years, ensuring your new smile stays healthy, strong, and built to last. It’s part of our commitment to care beyond the chair—a level of long-term support most “teeth-in-a-day” centers simply don’t offer.
We understand that full-arch dental implants are a significant investment—but we also know the life-changing confidence they deliver. That’s why we work with leading third-party financing companies that provide access to a variety of flexible payment options.

Many of our board‑certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons hold dual degrees and fellowship training, bringing decades of experience to every procedure. Working in hospital‑grade surgical suites outfitted with advanced 3‑D imaging and digital planning technology, they perform everything from simple extractions to full‑arch reconstructions with exceptional precision. A rigorous safety culture—one that surpasses industry benchmarks—underpins each evidence‑based treatment we offer.
If you have multiple missing or failing teeth—or wear dentures and want something more stable—you may be a great candidate. We’ll assess your bone health and overall oral condition during a consultation to be sure.
Implants are often not fully covered by dental insurance, though parts of the procedure (like extractions or imaging) may be. Our team will check your benefits and help you understand any coverage you do have.
Most patients are surprised by how manageable their recovery is. Because your procedure is performed under sedation by a surgical specialist, you won’t feel pain during the surgery—and we’ll send you home with everything you need to stay comfortable afterward. Some swelling and soreness are normal in the first few days, but most patients return to light activities within a few days and say the experience was far easier than they expected.
You may receive temporary teeth the same day as surgery, but your final smile is delivered after a healing phase—typically 3–6 months. This approach helps ensure the best fit, comfort, and long-term results.
At Restorra, your implants are placed by board-certified surgical specialists using a safe, proven process. Most patients leave surgery with a full set of temporary teeth—just like other centers—but your final, custom smile comes after a proper healing period. This thoughtful timing helps ensure your implants last and your final results look and feel exactly right.
Your procedure will be done by a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon—not a general dentist. Our specialists have advanced training and perform hundreds of implant surgeries every year.
We treat many patients who come to us after disappointing results from other providers. Whether you need a full redo or a second opinion, we’ll create a plan that prioritizes your comfort and long-term success.
Absolutely. Your surgeon stays involved during recovery, monitors healing, and ensures everything progresses smoothly—even after your final smile is placed.
